What is the status of my order?

As soon as your order is placed you'll receive a confirmation e-mail! Further e-mails with your tracking info will follow when your items are packaged. If you have placed an order but not received any confirmation, just let us know at support@norzapparel.com and we will sort it out!

Where do you ship?

We are shipping worldwide! International shipping is handled by UPS.

When will my order get shipped?

We ship out orders every weekday, Monday to Friday. Your order should be shipped same day or within 1-2 working days after you have recieved your order confirmation. If your order has not been shipped within 1-2 working days, please contact us on support@norzapparel.com

Does your prices include TAX?

For Norwegian customers, the price shown includes VAT (Taxes) at the prevailing rate. There will therefore be no extra costs besides shipping for our Norwegian customers. For international customers, the price you pay is the full price not including import tax to your country. You are responsible for any and all import duties and customs charges when receiving goods overseas.

How long does shipping take?

Norwegian orders should take 1-5 working days. For International orders, it depends on where in the world you live, but should be delivered within 2 weeks.

Can i cancel, change or return my order?

Yes, as long as you furfill our Refund Policy criterias. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

My package / product was damaged in delivery.

If you recieve a damaged product, please contact us on instagram: norzapparel or email: support@norzapparel.com and we will work out the best solution as possible for our customers!

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes, we do offer custom designs for our customers / academies. Like for example custom rashguards, custom kimonos etc. Please contact us on instagram: norzapparel or email: support@norzapparel.com for any custom order requests. Pricings will depend on the qty amount of the custom order.
